● Methods of payment
|
The following methods are welcomed:
・ P.O. Money Transfer
・ Bank Money Transfer
・ C.O.D. (Handling charge of \420, which is waivered if an order exceeds \30,000)
・ Credit Card ? we have two payment methods: 1. Payment is made on ordering,
2.Payment is made on receipt of goods (i.e. C.O.D.) Debit cards can be used.
If paying via credit card, please be aware that there is a \1,000 handling charge per pendant.
If paying via credit card, I will e-mail you the details of how to make the payment.

We use the YAMATO delivery company. Your order will be sent off within 4 days of your placing the order. In case of unavoidable delays, we will e-mail you to inform you know of the situation.
Please note that the above company does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

・ For C.O.D., there is a handling charge of 420 yen, although for orders of 30,000 yen or more, there is no handling charge.
・ When paying by credit card, we regret that a handling charge of 1000 yen per item has to be added to each item purchased.

| ● Returning Goods |
Goods may be unconditionally returned within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Please contact me (Jun Fujii) by telephone or e-mail if you wish to return any goods. The goods may be returned, no questions asked, but I will need to get the specifics of your bank account details in order to transfer the money to your account. The money will be transferred within a week of us receiving the returned goods.
When returning purchased goods, we ask you to honour/keep/respect the following conditions:
・ Returned goods must be sent to us by registered mail or by courier service (ordinary mail is unacceptable)
・ The customer pays the express mailing fee (Special express delivery of 630 yen)
・ Bank transfer will attract a bank commission (a flat 315 yen)
・ C.O.D handling charge is 420 yen
・ If you paid by credit card, the consumer tax of 5% is not returned.
Regarding the returned goods: we do not re-use or re-sell them. They are written off as a loss and are part of the cost of running a business.
If you feel you are not able to adhere to the following conditions, please do not purchase "IF".
・ Those who intend to pay by bank transfer should do so within a week of receiving the goods. Not to do so is not in keeping with the spirit of fairness, and our refund policy will not honour those who do not pay within a week and then wish to return their purchase within 30 days. To pay within 30 days and think that is fine is incorrect ? 30 days is the period of our money-back guarantee, not the payment period.
・ Those who intentionally buy the product with the aim of returning it after a period of use should refrain from purchasing "IF".
Some people wait until the last moment, until their health problems have progressed to a late stage, before looking for a last minute cure. I urge people not to wait till that time before you start looking for treatment ? start early with preventative measures and don't wait till things are serious. I don't want to seem as if I'm pushing you to buy my product, but rather to exhort you to start thinking about your health early and act prudently.
